Mr. Richard Weigl is proficient in using the Autodesk Land Development Desktop 2004 application software to create a variety of engineering and surveying documents. The Softdesk Survey module is used to prepare horizontal control, topographic, boundary, occupation, environmental and tree location surveys. Mr. Weigl is responsible for the management and mathematical control of data collection files and project databases. The Softdesk Cogo module is used to control and manipulate point data while the Softdesk DTM module is used to create TINS, contours and multiple services. Geometry plans/base maps are prepared for residential and commercial engineering projects (construction plans). Mr. Weigl assists with server/system maintenance, software installations/upgrades and hardware upgrades/installations as well as establishes and maintains current survey drawing templates and drafting standards and provides quality control/review of survey maps prior to issuing signed and sealed surveys.
Mr. Walter Sherrill began his surveying career in 1978 as a rodman/chainman and has steadily increased his knowledge and enhanced his surveying expertise through practical hands-on performance and continuing education courses. He has over 33 years of surveying experience in Hillsborough County projects. Mr. Sherrill is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all surveying operations including boundary, topographic, right-of-way, utility location, wetland delineation and tree surveys; right-of-way maps and plats, parcel descriptions and a variety of special purpose surveys (including vacant lot surveys, foundation layout and final certification); and construction surveys for the layout of buildings and community infrastructure.
